May 2025 Work-Life Workshops

Hello Work-Life partner,Welcome May! We’ve been waiting on these sunny skies and May flowers. It’s amazing how something as simple as the sun setting around 8:30 p.m. can make you feel more motivated to take on extra projects and tasks. It’s interesting to consider how nature impacts our moods and energy. Once the sun sets, we tend to go into settle down and sleep mode. I hope you are getting some good peaceful sleep.

In 2025, I hope you have a year of positive connections, productive workspaces, healthy relationships, and consistent physical fitness routines to name a few. Overall, in this new year, I hope you create effective work-life and well-being strategies that allow you to nurture yourself, reset when needed and make regular progress.

December 2024 Work-Life Workshops/Opportunities

The fall season and the holiday season usually bring with them a lot of people time. We see people at fun gatherings, office party time, gatherings with friends and family, special events, travel time, etc. Whatever you choose to do over the next month, I hope you remember to pace yourself and be present. Be in the moment so that you can take it all in and enjoy it. Don’t let the busyness of the season sidetrack you on your self-care journey. Have fun and stay well.
