May 2024 Work-Life workshops

Hello Work-Life Partner,

Well, it’s official. Spring is here. It’s time to pack up the sweaters, put away the boots, and heavy coats. Since we know we live in Kentucky, we may still have a few more cool days. This is the time of the year where we usually start to feel a little more motivated to get outside and even exercise. Consider having a buddy join you on your well-being journey.

I hope you are taking some walks outside and soaking up the sunshine AKA vitamin D. It’s good for your mental and physical health. Work and life daily tasks are always a factor in our overall well-being and productivity. Take it one day at a time and pace yourself.

Thank you for sharing the Work-Life opportunities with your team and the employees in your area. Attached is the May 2024 workshops flyer that you can share via meetings, emails, listservs, newsletters, bulletin boards, electronic boards, or monitors, etc.
