Bluegrass Higher Education Consortium Fellowships
The Academic Leadership Academy (ALA) is a Bluegrass Higher Education Consortium (BHEC) project. The purpose of the ALA is to encourage faculty to consider leadership career paths and to provide guidance in developing the skill set necessary for effective institutional leadership.
Note: This program is on hold for the 2024 - 2025 academic year. We will update this information as we receive it from the Kentucky CPE (Council on Post-secondary Education).
