May 2026 Work-Life workshops

As you enjoy spring, keep up the good work of prioritizing you on your own to do list. You may even feel like opening windows to invite some fresh air into your home. Are you enjoying the longer days with the sun setting well after 8 p.m.? If you are a gardener, I’m sure you have been busy prepping and planting. Spring is also a good time to clean out closets and donate unwanted items. Decluttering can be rejuvenating and serve as a reminder to evaluate what is and is not working with your work-life goals.

HR Work Life and Well-being: April 2026 Bulletin

Spring is bringing lots of opportunities to support well‑being! Enclosed is the April Work-Life and Well‑being Bulletin, featuring highlights like the Becoming Wildly Resilient podcast series (this month’s focus: eating locally and fresh), the Retrain Your Brain Challenge (April 20–May 17), and a variety of work-life and well‑being workshops on sleep, nutrition, mental health, caregiving, and more.
