Registration Open for NCFDD Faculty Success Program Deadline to get registered is March 29, 2023

OFA is happy to announce that applications for the National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity (NCFDD) Faculty Success Program are now open. Deadline to get registered is March 29, 2023.

The Faculty Success Program (FSP) is a 12-week virtual program that arms faculty with the skills and support they need to accomplish their academic and personal goals. During the program, participants will meet weekly with their hand-selected small groups to review the weekly modules and any resistance or wins that came up. Our coaches are experienced and tenured faculty who are trained to support our FSP participants throughout the program.
