Hello Work-Life partner,

Welcome May! We’ve been waiting on these sunny skies and May flowers. It’s amazing how something as simple as the sun setting around 8:30 p.m. can make you feel more motivated to take on extra projects and tasks. It’s interesting to consider how nature impacts our moods and energy. Once the sun sets, we tend to go into settle down and sleep mode. I hope you are getting some good peaceful sleep.

Now that these longer days are here, what are you doing to enjoy them? I’m soaking up the sun rays and fresh air on neighborhood walks. Whatever you choose to do, I hope you find ways to embrace the spring and summer season and make time to do the things that bring you joy.

Did you know that May is National Older Americans Month? We are offering three workshops to highlight the impacts of aging and reminding us that we can age gracefully.

Check out our online events calendar for details about upcoming workshops and events.
