When we think of happiness, we usually think of it as a subjective sense of well-being, a feeling of joy and satisfaction. This 30-minute virtual session will equip you with the tools and knowledge to effectively manage stress during times of change and uncertainty. We will discuss navigating times of uncertainty by recognizing and addressing the sources of stress and identify strategies to build resilience, reduce anxiety, and improve overall well-being.
