We’ve made it through most of the summer. I hope you enjoyed the sunshine, took some time to do the things you enjoy and indulged in self-care related activities. The start of a new school year can be both exciting and stressful. Remember to take care of yourself. Identify a few ways to destress and maintain your well-being. There are so many tiny habits that we can add to our days to help us avoid burnout. Something as simple as taking a break to go outside and feel the sunshine on your face, chair yoga, deep breaths, watching a funny short video, calling a friend, having lunch with a friend, or listening to a favorite song. Figure out what works for you and infuse it into your days and weeks to come.
