March UK HR Work Life and Well-being Bulletin
National Nutrition Month is celebrated every March and serves as a time to promote healthy eating habits and encourage informed food choices. The campaign, created by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND), focuses on the importance of a balanced diet and the role nutrition plays in overall health.
