Enclosed is the April Work-Life and Well‑being Bulletin, featuring highlights like the Becoming Wildly Resilient podcast series (this month’s focus: eating locally and fresh), the Retrain Your Brain Challenge (April 20–May 17), and a variety of work-life and well‑being workshops on sleep, nutrition, mental health, caregiving, and more.

Please help us spread the word by sharing this bulletin with your teams and units so everyone can take advantage of what’s available.
